Fitur ini berfungsi untuk melakukan analisis kekuatan dari produk yang dirancang apakah mampu menahan beban statis atau tidak. SimulationXpress memiliki beberapa tipe pembebanan diantaranya Force (N),Tekanan (Pa) dan untuk tumpuan memilki satu jenis yaitu Fixed Geometry. Pada kesempatan ini kita akan melakukan analisis sebuah batang dengan beban tekan sebesar 110000 N (11 Ton) dan dibagian lain dijepit dengan tumpuan Fixed. SolidWorks SimulationXpress hanya bisa digunakan pada single body. Untuk menjalankan \u201cStatic Analysis Single Part\u201d ikuti langkah dibawah ini:<\/p>\n<p>1. Buatlah sebuah part dengan dimensi seperti diatas<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"481\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Aktifkan Xpress Product &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/2013\/10\/solidworks-simulation-xpress\/\">SimulationXpress<\/a> Klik Menu Tools \u2192 Pilih Xpress Products \u2192 Pilih SimulationXpress \u2192 Pilih Next untuk memulai a a Static Analysis Single<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"422\" height=\"133\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Menambahkan Tumpuan (Fixtures) Klik Add Fixtures \u2192 Pilih Face yang akan dijadikan tumpuan \u2192 Klik OK<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Menambahkan Beban Klik Next \u2192 Pilih Add Force \u2192 Pilih Face, Referensi Top Plane, 110000 N (Reverse) \u2192 Klik OK<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"427\" height=\"395\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. Menambahkan Material Klik Next untuk melanjutkan \u2192 Pilih Choose Material \u2192 Pilih Plain Carbon Steel \u2192 Pilih Apply \u2192 Klik Close<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"468\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Menjalankan Running Klik Next untuk melanjutkan \u2192 Klik Run Simulation<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"402\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. Postprocessing Tegangan Klik Stop Animation untuk menghentikan animasi \u2192 Klik kanan pada Stress (-vonMises-) dan pilih Show untuk menampilkan teggangan Dari hasil simulasi part yang disimulasikan memiliki nilai tegangan maksimum 1,015e+04 MPa melebihi nilai Yield Strength sebesar 2,206e+02 Mpa yang dapat dikatakan tidak aman (not safe)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Static-Analysis-Single-Part7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"419\" height=\"317\" \/><\/p>\n<p>8.
