Fitur ini berfungsi untuk melakukan analisis aliran dari produk yang dirancang (cth : pipa, valve, dan sebagainya). Resullt yang dihasilkan berupa kecepatan aliran yang terjadi pada saluran dari produk yang dirancang.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk tipe aliran bisa <a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/2020\/02\/analisa-porous-media-pada-flow-simulation\/\">menganalisis aliran air atau udara<\/a>. Untuk parameter input bisa berupa tekanan, kecepatan aliran massa, atau kecepatan aliran volume. Untuk Menjalankan \u201cAnalyze water velocity on Pipe\u201d ikuti langkah dibawah ini:<\/p>\n<p>1. Buatlah sebuah part seperti gambar dibawah.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"233\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Terlebih dahulu buat sebuah \u201cLid\u201d karena untuk melakukan analisis aliran kita harus membuat part tersebut memiliki volume. Membuat \u201cLid\u201d bisa dengan menggunakan fitur Extrude.<\/p>\n<p>3. Buatlah \u201cLid\u201d pada saluran masuk dan saluran keluar desain yang kita buat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"412\" height=\"128\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Rubah Transparansi pada body dari part dibuat, supaya aliran didalam part dapat terlihat<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"263\" height=\"157\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mengaktifkan Xpress Product.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5. Klik menu Tools \u2013 Xpress Product \u2013 Pilih FloXpress.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"119\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Akan muncul notifikasi Welcome. Lalu diklik Next.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. Pada Check Geometry, aktifkan View Fluid Volume untuk dapat melihat volume dari part yang dibuat, akan muncul seperti gambar dibawah. Lalu klik Next lagi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"477\" height=\"275\" \/><\/p>\n<p>8. Pilih fluida yang akan digunakan yaitu Water, lalu klik Next.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"181\" height=\"168\" \/><\/p>\n<p>9. Gunakan Mass Flow Rate untuk parameter yang digunakan pada saluran masuk. 0,1 kg\/s dengan suhu 303K. Pilih Face seperti gambar dibawah untuk titik saluran masuk. Klik Next.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"485\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10. Untuk saluran keluar akan otomatis terpilih Pressure dengan nilai tekanan default-nya. Lakukan pemilihan Face seperti gambar dibawah, untuk titik saluran keluar. Klik Next.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"526\" height=\"284\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11. Klik pada tombol Play berwarna hijau seperti gambar disamping untuk mulai melakukan Running Simulasi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"187\" height=\"198\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12. Setelah Running selesai, secara otomatis akan terbuka View Result. Beberapa point penting pada View Result ini :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Play Trajectories untuk memainkan animasi aliran.<\/li>\n<li>2. Plot Setting, memilih hasil tampilan garis aliran berupa Pipes atau Balls, beserta jumlah element plot-nya.<\/li>\n<li>3. Generate Report untuk menghasilkan report simulasi aliran dalam bentuk Word.<\/li>\n<li>4. Result Plot, melihat hasil nilai perubahan kecepatan <a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/2014\/07\/menghitung-volume-internal-fluida\/\">aliran fluida<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FloXpress-Velocity-Analysis11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"534\" height=\"305\" \/><\/p>\n<p>13.
