{"id":8349,"date":"2019-02-26T08:33:43","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T01:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/?p=8349"},"modified":"2019-02-26T08:33:43","modified_gmt":"2019-02-26T01:33:43","slug":"cara-membuat-potongan-pada-surface-yang-melengkung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/2019\/02\/cara-membuat-potongan-pada-surface-yang-melengkung\/","title":{"rendered":"Cara Membuat potongan pada surface yang Melengkung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salam hangat untuk para user <a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\">SOLIDWORKS Indonesia<\/a>, Pada kesempatan ini saya mau membahas mengenai fitur surface pada permukaan benda yang melengkung.<\/p>\n<p>Para user solidworks semua, apakah anda Kadang-kadang menemukan diri Anda dalam situasi di mana Anda perlu membuat pemotongan pada permukaan yang melengkung.<\/p>\n<p>Jika belum mengetahui mengenai fitur surface di solidworks tentu itu akan berangapan sulit.tetapi sebenarnya itu mudah kok.<\/p>\n<p>Saya akan mencoba memandu dan menshare bagaimana langkah dalam pemotongan pada permukaan melengkung.<br \/>\nMari kita gunakan gambar berikut sebagai contoh:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8350\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks.jpg\" alt=\"surface solidworks\" width=\"555\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks.jpg 555w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDari gambar diatas kita dapat melihat ada 3 bidang utama yang menjadi dasar sketsa 2D untuk potongan.<br \/>\nTantangannya adalah untuk membuat potongan ke dalam model tapi tetap mempertahankan bentuk face asli sebelum dipotong.<br \/>\nPada tahap ini, tentu ada pertanyaan-pertanyaan sebelum melanjutkan:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Dalam arah apa pemotongan harus dilakukan?<br \/>\n\u2022 Apakah potongan harus tegak lurus dengan salah satu bidang utama bagian itu?<br \/>\n\u2022 Apakah Anda memerlukan potongan untuk memotong model dengan kedalaman yang tidak jelas?<br \/>\n\u2022 Apakah potongan perlu memiliki konsep?<br \/>\n\u2022 Apakah ini melewati &#8216;semua&#8217;?<\/p>\n<p>Menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini akan membantu melakukan teknik yang tepat untuk digunakan.<br \/>\nAda banyak pendekatan untuk bagian seperti ini. Di sini kita akan fokus menggunakan perintah LAINNYA daripada perintah &#8216; extrude-cut &#8216; untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan.<\/p>\n<p>Pertama-tama mari kita buat garis besar potongan pada face model.<br \/>\nLangkah pertama adalah menggunakan TOP Plane untuk membuat sketsa beberapa splines dan tangent<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8351\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-2.jpg\" alt=\"top plane\" width=\"555\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-2.jpg 555w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-2-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSelanjutnya gunakan perintah \u2018projected curve\u2019 untuk mendapatkan bentuk slot <a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/2018\/03\/beralih-dari-2d-ke-3d\/\" target=\"_blank\">2D<\/a> yang baik, lalu memproyeksikan, lalu pilih bagian bawah surface:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8352\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-3.jpg\" alt=\"surface solidworks 3\" width=\"555\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-3.jpg 555w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-3-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSelanjutnya kita hanya akan mengcopy surface yang ingin kita potong dengan menggunakan perintah offset surface dengan nilai offset 0,perintah tersebut akan berubah menjadi &#8216;copy surface&#8217;. Hasilnya adalah surface akan menjadi 2 bagian yang satu surface original sedangkan yang satu surface hasil copy surface.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8353\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-4.jpg\" alt=\"surface solidworks 4\" width=\"555\" height=\"416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-4.jpg 555w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/surface-solidworks-4-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nPada surface ini kita akan menggunakan perintah &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/2014\/12\/surface-modelling-pada-solidworks\/\" target=\"_blank\">surface trim<\/a>&#8216;. lalu select curve yang dibuat sebelumnya, dan suface dibuat pada langkah copy surface itu dipertahankan dengan menggunakan \u2018keep selections\u2019.
