Ada dua step yang akan kita lalui disini, yaitu membuat Analisa Static model lalu mencari best desainya menggunakan design study.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Menginput Material\/bahan yang digunakan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disini bahan yang digunakan adalah Carbon Steel Sheet. Dalam <a href=\"http:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/products-simulation.php\" target=\"_blank\">solidworks simulation<\/a> sudah tersedia material properties dan standar yang digunakan dalam standar internasional. Memilih sisi atau entities yang mengalami gaya atau pembebanan eksternal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Disini bagian yang mengalami gaya adalah sisi ujung dari bucket, besar total gaya yang diinput adalah 2 Ton (2000 KgF). Melakukan Meshing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Setelah penginputan batasan kondisi pada model sudah selesai, maka dilakukan meshing pada model. Analisa yang digunakan pada SolidWorks Simulation adalah menggunakan FEA (Finite Elemen Method). Run Simulation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lalu setelah proses meshing selesai, proses analisa mulai dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Post Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ada beberapa plot hasil analisa yang bisa dilihat, beberapa diantaranya adalah :<\/p>\n<p>A. Von Mises Stress<\/p>\n<p>Memperlihatkan distribusi tegangan Von Mises yang terjadi pada seluruh bagian model. Pada sisi bawah dari \u201clegend\u201d diperlihatkan batasan Yield Strength dari material yang diinput sehingga bisa dibandingkan apakah Von Mises Stress yang dialami model melebihi yield strength dari material atau tidak.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5017\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-5.jpg\" alt=\"solidworks simulation 5\" width=\"411\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-5.jpg 411w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-5-300x280.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 411px) 100vw, 411px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>B. Displacement Plot<\/p>\n<p>Pada Plot ini terlihat besar distribusi defleksi yang dialami model. Plot FOS (Factor of Safety)<\/p>\n<p>Pada plot ini terlihat safety factor yang dimiliki oleh model. Safety factor pada plot ini mengacu pada kekuatan material dari model menanggung tegangan yang dialami setelah beban diberikan. Dengan membandingkan Allowable Stress dan Von Mises Stress yang ada, maka didapat distribusi Safety Factor pada seluruh bagian model. Membuat Design Study<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Setelah menggunakan static analysis, proses bisa dilanjutkan ke pembuatan design study. Design study adalah cara membuat skema analisa beruntun dengan memasukkan variable, batasan dan jika ingin membuat optimasi desain bisa ditambahkan Goal\/Tujuan perubahan desain.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5020\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-8.jpg\" alt=\"solidworks simulation 8\" width=\"584\" height=\"439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-8.jpg 584w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-8-300x226.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pada gambar diatas terlihat 3 tabel yang dibuat. Untuk bagian bertanda panah merah merupakan variable. Dalam skema ini variable yang digunakan adalah ukuran\/dimensi dari model. Dalam design study <a href=\"http:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/products.php\" target=\"_blank\">solidworks<\/a>, variable bisa mengacu pada ukuran sisi-sisi model, material model, ataupun data hasil simulasi. Ada total 25 variable yang bisa dibuat untuk memberi user keluwesan dalam mengeksplorasi desainya.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya pada tabel bertanda panah kuning adalah batasan. Batasan digunakan untuk menjadi acuan perubahan yang diizinkan pada model setelah modifikasi dilakukan. Pada skema ini, batasan yang diinput adalah besar Von Mises Stress tertinggi yang dialami model harus diantara 400 kgf\/cm^2 hingga 500 kgf\/cm^2.<\/p>\n<p>tabel bertanda panah biru tua merupakan goals dari optimization yang dilakukan. Goals\/tujuan dari design study kali ini adalah mencari model dengan besar massa terendah (minimize mass).<\/p>\n<p>Lalu klik run untuk memulai proses Optimasi desain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Post Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lalu didapat hasil sebagai berikut.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5021\" src=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-9.jpg\" alt=\"solidworks simulation 9\" width=\"698\" height=\"495\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-9.jpg 698w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/solidworks-simulation-9-300x213.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pada table yang berada di bagian bawah, kolom berwarna merah menandakan desain yang sudah melampaui batas yang sudah ditentukan, dan kolom berwarna normal adalah desain dengan variable yang masih bisa diterima karena tidak melampaui batasan.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara untuk best design dengan massa terkecil diperlihatkan pada kolom berwarna hijau.
