Nah, dalam kesempatan kali ini kami akan share mengenai penghitungan volume dari sebuah product dengan menggunakan salah satu fitur terbaru pada <a title=\"solidworks product\" href=\"http:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/products.php\">SolidWorks 2013<\/a> yaitu Intersect Tool.<\/p>\n<p>Fitur intersect ini pada dasarnya dapat kita gunakan yaitu untuk menyederhanakan beberapa proses sekaligus pada saat kita menggunakan beberapa fitur surface modelling, diantaranya yaitu Trim, Knit, dan Thicken, dimana kita dapat menghasilkan solid bodies dari sebuah ruang negatif, atau mungkin beberapa orang menyebutnya dengan nambah daging pada bidang solid.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut ini adalah contoh sebuah teko yang akan kita hitung berapa volume air di dalamnya, dengan ketinggian air yang kita tentukan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solidworks.arismadata.com\/blog\/2014\/07\/03\/menghitung-volume-internal-fluida\/solidwork-teko\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3686\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3686 alignnone\" title=\"solidwork teko\" src=\"http:\/\/solidworks.arismadata.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/solidwork-teko.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"377\" height=\"269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/solidwork-teko.jpg 515w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/solidwork-teko-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 377px) 100vw, 377px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kita lanjutkan dengan membuat plane, dengan referensi permukaan paling bawah dari teko tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solidworks.arismadata.com\/blog\/2014\/07\/03\/menghitung-volume-internal-fluida\/intersect-tool-solidworks\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3687\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3687\" title=\"intersect tool - solidworks\" src=\"http:\/\/solidworks.arismadata.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/intersect-tool-solidworks.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/intersect-tool-solidworks.jpg 490w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/intersect-tool-solidworks-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kemudian kita gunakan fitur intersect tool, untuk membuat sebuah bidang solid dari bawah permukaan plane yang sudah kita buat tadi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solidworks.arismadata.com\/blog\/2014\/07\/03\/menghitung-volume-internal-fluida\/intersect-tool-2-solidworks\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3688\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3688\" title=\"intersect tool 2 - solidworks\" src=\"http:\/\/solidworks.arismadata.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/intersect-tool-2-solidworks.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"535\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/intersect-tool-2-solidworks.jpg 535w, https:\/\/arismadata.com\/solidworks\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/intersect-tool-2-solidworks-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pada fitur intersect ini, kita pilih bodies yang terbentuk antara plane dan body teko, yaitu dengan ceklist pada pilihan region to exclude untuk bodies yang lain (selain body volume dalam teko).<\/p>\n<p>Setelah mendapatkan bodies yang terbentuk dengan intersect tool, yaitu bagian dalam bidang kaca dengan batasan atas berupa plane, kita bisa menampilkan hanya solid bodies tersebut yang terlihat yaitu dengan fitur isolate.
