Yang mana tantangan tersebut harus dapat diatasi melalui desain cerdas menggunakan software simulasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metode injection molding atau injeksi plastic adalah proses paling umum untuk memproduksi komponen plastic. Dan saat ini sudah banyak yang menggunakan serat seperti fiberglass atau karbon untuk meningkatkan kekuatan serta ketahanannya. Karena sifat serat tersebut, plastik yang diperkuat serat &nbsp;\/ fiber-reinforced plastics (FRPs) &nbsp;memiliki perilaku mekanik yang kompleks, tergantung dari orientasi serat saat proses pencetakan. Metode ini mempertimbangkan orientasi, bentuk, dan fraksi volume serat, serta sifat materialnya. Namun, salah satu hambatan utama dalam pendekatan tradisional adalah data orientasi serat hanya bisa diperoleh setelah prototipe dibuat, sehingga sulit untuk melakukan optimalisasi desain sejak awal tanpa biaya besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simulasi injection molding pada platform 3DExperience menawarkan solusi alternatif yang lebih murah dibandingkan pengujian fisik yang memakan banyak biaya.
