Tapi sebelumnya kita akan terlebih dahulu membahas mengena FEA. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) adalah sebuah metode numerik yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah teknik analisa. Metode ini menggunakan elemen-elemen yang disusun dalam bentuk matriks untuk merepresentasikan suatu sistem atau struktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FEA digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, seperti rekayasa mesin, rekayasa sipil, rekayasa perminyakan, rekayasa nuklir, dll. Metode ini berguna untuk memprediksi bagaimana suatu sistem atau struktur akan berperilaku dalam kondisi tertentu, misalnya ketika dikenai beban atau tekanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam FEA, suatu struktur atau sistem dibagi menjadi elemen-elemen kecil yang saling terhubung. Setiap elemen direpresentasikan dengan matriks yang menunjukkan sifat-sifat mekaniknya. Dengan mengkombinasikan matriks-matriks ini, FEA dapat menghasilkan solusi numerik untuk sistem atau struktur yang sedang dianalisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FEA sering digunakan dalam perancangan produk, terutama dalam industri manufaktur, untuk mempercepat pengembangan produk, mengurangi biaya pengembangan, dan meningkatkan kinerja produk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam Analisa FEA terdapat 2 perbedaan tipe, yaitu Analisa Static Linear dan NonLinear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analisa Linear Static adalah salah satu jenis analisa yang digunakan dalam Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Analisa ini bertujuan untuk menentukan respons struktur atau sistem terhadap beban statis yang dikenakan, seperti beban gravitasi, beban angin, atau beban lainnya yang tidak berubah seiring waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam analisa Linear Static, struktur atau sistem dianggap memiliki sifat linear elastis, artinya respons struktur terhadap beban statis bersifat proporsional dengan besarnya beban. Analisa ini tidak mempertimbangkan faktor waktu atau dinamika, dan beban yang dikenakan dianggap tidak berubah seiring waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam analisa Linear Static, hasil yang dihasilkan adalah distribusi tegangan dan deformasi pada struktur atau sistem yang dianalisa. Hasil ini dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja struktur atau sistem, menentukan apakah struktur atau sistem aman dari kegagalan, dan memperbaiki desain jika diperlukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berikutnya yaitu tipe Analisa Nonlinear. Analisa Nonlinear adalah sebuah teknik analisis numerik yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang melibatkan sifat nonlinear dalam sistem atau struktur yang dianalisa. Dalam analisa Nonlinear, sifat nonlinear dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor seperti deformasi besar, material yang memperlihatkan viskoplastisitas atau histerisis, non-homogenitas material, dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam analisa Nonlinear, sistem atau struktur dipecah menjadi elemen-elemen kecil seperti dalam analisa Linear, dan sifat-sifat mekanik setiap elemen ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan sifat nonlinear material yang digunakan.
